Boardroom Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (“BOARDROOM”) was incorporated on 6 November 2008. BOARDROOM is a progressive financial consulting company committed to provide a range of professional financial consulting services to varying degrees of clients.

Our tagline “exceeding your expectation” undermine our continual purpose to develop a distinctive financial consulting company with a reputation of people with high professionalism. We maintain our strength while providing our clients with the most efficient and consistent service. We aim to achieve this by engaging with our clients to address their challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Although our form is corporate, our attitude is partnership.

The philosophy of the Company is to grow with its clients through the provision of personal advise, consultancy and high-quality professional services. One important link between the Company and its clients is the inter-linked growth that both enjoy. Through the provision of high quality, personalised service, our clients have enjoyed tremendous growth. Training

We recognise the need to provide the highest quality service to our clients through the services of well-trained and qualified accountants. As such, our Company spends a high percentage of its annual budget in training its staff. These include courses, seminars, talks and structured in-house training on auditing and industry matters.

Industry knowledge

We recognise that it is imperative that we are knowledgeable of the industries that our clients are involved in. As such, we make it a policy that our staff learn and do research on the industries that we audit and to compile the necessary dossiers on every new field we enter into. These are referred to and updated regularly as there is a need to keep up to date with developments in the specific industries so as to enable us to be better able to serve our clients.

Confidentiality and Secrecy

The Company imposes upon itself a high level of confidentiality and secrecy on all client matters. Partner, advisers, directors, managers and staff of the Company have to attest to an undertaking on this matter, and are continually reminded of this undertaking.
