Johari yazid
Johari is the founder and the Director of Boardroom Advisory Sdn. Bhd. As the Director, he is overall in charge of the policies and operations of BOARDROOM. He is currently the Director in charge of the Company Corporate Finance Department and Corporate Recovery and lnsolvency Department.
With his trained accounting, auditing and corporate advisory background and resourcefulness coupled with his excellent communication skills, he is able to provide valuable advice and services to clients in a wide range of industries. As part of a value added service to his clients, Johari always ensure that his clients receive professional and prompt services of the highest standard.
baltasar bin maskor
Baltasar joined Boardroom Advisory Sdn Bhd in February 2009. He holds a Bachelor in Accountancy from a reputable university in Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He is an approved Company Auditor and Liquidator under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 1965 with licenses issued by the Ministry of Finance. He is also holding licenses issued by Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia and Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia as an approved auditor. He has approximately 16 years of professional experience in public practice. Prior to this, he served as a Director in Assurance and Business Advisory of one of the leading medium-size accounting company in Malaysia where he has obtained vast experience in the profession.
